Pet Policy

Iva Place Kirkland is a pet-free property. While no pets are allowed—including visitors’ pets—assistance animals may be on the property. To the extent that they are feasible, we will grant requests for reasonable accommodations to any applicant or tenant with a disability, whether that disability be an allergy or a disability requiring the presence of an assistance animal. We cannot guarantee, however, that there will be no animals on the property, nor can we guarantee a completely allergen-free property.

If multiple units are available, Iva Place Kirkland will try to match successful applicants to shared apartments with consideration for lifestyle preferences and work schedules but cannot make any guarantees regarding exact placement. All placements are subject to availability.
